Proceedings
Print and non-print materials documenting the Montagna Symposium

Montagna Symposium proceedings were published from 1960 through 1972 as part of the series titled Advances in the Biology of Skin. These volumes provided unique resources for students of skin biology and investigative dermatology. From 1973 to 2006, proceedings were generally published as a supplement to the Journal of Investigative Dermatology (JID). Beginning in 2007, proceedings were published as a highlights article followed by peer reviewed papers under the Symposium logo in regular issues of the JID.

Montagna Symposium non-print documentary materials augment published proceedings. In 2011, OHSU Dermatology residents created a "Residents' Take" for the 60th anniversary meeting. In 2013, John Parrish, M.D., created a video presentation for the Saturday evening banquet, Sancy Leachman, M.D., Ph.D., began creating blog posts reviewing the meeting for JID Jottings, and JID SkinPod podcasts featuring invited speakers were produced for the first time. The latter two efforts were repeated in 2014.

All documentary materials are listed in chronological order within categories.
