  • The Symposium registration fee is $565 ($695 starting August 9, 2017) and includes the opening reception (Thursday), the poster session reception (Friday), four breakfasts (Friday-Monday), two lunches, and two banquet dinners (Saturday, Sunday). Note: onsite registration is not available.
  • Special Registration Offer: 1 waived dermatology resident or clinical fellow registration with 2 paid faculty registrations from a single dermatology department or division.
  • The Symposium will charter ONE bus that will leave Portland International Airport (PDX) at 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, arriving at Skamania around 5 p.m., and return to the airport from Skamania at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 16, arriving at PDX around 10:00 a.m.. The airport bus fee is $75 round-trip or $40 one-way. This is the only organized ground transportation for the meeting. Other ground transportation options are not sponsored by the meeting and must be arranged on your own. See Travel & Accommodations for more information.
  • The non-participating guest fee of $350 ($395 starting August 9, 2017) entitles a guest to join registered participants for all included meals. A guest may be registered for only one or both dinners ($75 each), but other pro-rating or à la carte pricing for meals is not available.
  • Families: For those who wish to bring their families to the meeting and are in need of family care during didactic sessions, please contact Skamania at (800) 221-7117 for information and to make arrangements. Additionally, the Symposium can work with you to include your children in select conference events, if desired. Please contact us at (503) 418-4274 or info (at) montagnasymposium.org for details.
  • OHSU faculty/staff please note: You may NOT use an OHSU P-Card to pay registration. Please use a personal credit card and request reimbursement from a department or grant account.
  • If you require a refund, please contact us via the information listed at the registration link above to request one. Please understand that we cannot make refunds after September 12, 2017.

As participation in the meeting is limited, adjustments in registration acceptance may be necessary to encourage balanced participation throughout the investigative and clinical communities.
