Note: onsite registration is not available.
  • The meeting will charter at least one airport bus, currently scheduled to leave PDX at 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, arriving at Salishan around 5 p.m. and return to the airport from Salishan at 9 a.m. on Monday morning, arriving at PDX around 10 am. Other ground transportation options are not sponsored by the meeting and must be arranged on your own.
  • The non-participating guest fee entitles a guest to join registered participants for all included meals. A guest may be registered for only one or both dinners, but other pro-rating or à la carte pricing for meals is not available.

Please understand that we cannot make refunds after September 17, 2018.

As participation in the meeting is limited, adjustments in registration acceptance may be necessary to encourage balanced participation throughout the investigative and clinical communities.

OHSU faculty/staff please note: You may NOT use an OHSU P-Card to pay registration. Please use a personal credit card and request reimbursement from a department or grant account.
