Travel & Accommodations

Salishan Resort is located in Gleneden Beach, Ore., on the Oregon Coast, 2.5 hours southwest of Portland, Ore. Portland International Airport (PDX) is the closest airport. We will charter group transportation to Salishan on the afternoon of Oct. 15, returning the morning of Oct.19. Tickets will be required.

To make hotel reservations at Salishan:

  • Reserve a room online. Booking Code: MONTAGNA20
  • Call Salishan Reservation Department at +1-800-452-2300 or +1-541-764-3600 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific Time and mention the Montagna Symposium. Reservations must be made by September 25, 2020.

Meeting rates for Salishan guest room types available during the meeting are listed below. Please confirm these rates when you make your reservation:

  • Traditional Guestroom: $189
  • Deluxe Guestroom: $199
  • Premier Guestroom: $219

All room rates are based upon single or double occupancy and are quoted exclusive of applicable local tax, currently at 11.8%. Each additional adult will be charged $20.00 per room, per night. Salishan Resort charges an $25.00 resort service fee per room, per night. A deposit equal to one night's stay or a credit card guarantee is required to hold your reservation.


Play Palace at Chinook Winds Casino is the local referral site for care for children of guests at Salishan Resort. Play Palace offer short-term child care for children ages 3-11 for reasonable rates. It is located 8 miles north of Salishan and can be reached by car.
